El impacto de la práctica de cortar y pegar en los alumnos de primaria


Abstract


Since the arrival of the internet and the proliferation of information in digital media, an historical moment has been reached in which, faced with the easy access to said information, where plagiarism is frequent for academic work. This situation is not generalized, however, it reduces the credibility of knowledge, reflection and criticism in students of any educational level. The purpose of this article is to show the negative impact of the practice “ctl + c” / ”ctl + v” (cut and paste) on primary school children for their academic training, for whom it is a common activity for the delivery of afterschool jobs. In the text, the theoretical foundation and the importance of investigating the subject from the perspective of the student and the teacher are developed, to conclude that critical thinking has been changed by the process of copying, cutting and pasting.
