Importance of organizational climate in school harmony


Abstract


The study exposes the problematic situation of the organizational climate of a general elementary school in Toluca, where the coexistence of the community influences the development of activities, actions and processes for the achievement of educational purposes. The organizational climate favors activities through the timely and assertive response to conflicts, given the diversity of interests of the members of the school; Likewise, it is understood from the leadership style assumed by the principal, since it influences the response to conflicts, control strategies and incurs in the development of interpersonal relationships that involve coexistence at school. An adequate organizational climate is perceived in the school community when coexistence occurs in the midst of interpersonal relationships of collaboration, cooperation, where the regulations are clear and participation is freely manifested by teachers and students.
