Emotional education in the mediators students training


Abstract


Considering the results of a diagnosis made to identify differents aspects of the school coexistence in a preparatory school of Ecatepec, municipality of State of Mexico, it was recognized the need to implement a pacific conflyct resolution mechanisms, so a training for peer mediators was carried. Trough depth interviews, the mediators voice was recupered about how the training contributed to the managment of conflics and how their participation in the 21 paceful resolution of conflicts generated some changes in their school and family enviroment. Among the results of the research, are the importance of family and school history of students to be interested in participaning, as mediators highlights; likewise, there were diferents levels of development in the socioemotional skills related to conflicto managment were identified, along whit a search to Project them towars different areas of ther lifes.
