La imagen del profesor en la filmografía mexicana de la época de oro y de la actualidad
Abstract
The teacher within society, in general and in a timeless way, has always been an example to follow, a figure that not only projects the culture in turn of a group, but also reinforces the moral and ethical education that individuals receive in the family institution. Such is the social importance of the teacher that Mexican cinema has dedicated emotional, dramatic and comic films to this figure to remember his presence in the daily life of each individual in the country and the world. This paper presents a comparative documentary study in which the differences in the teacher’s image are developed between films presented at different historical moments: the golden age and modernity.
